This is a miniature Member-class “Order of the Defender of the Realm” from Malaysia, made of silver gilt. The medal is designed as an eleven-pointed white enamel star, with a royal crown at its centre, symbolising the monarchy, and adorned with the Jawi inscription “DIPELIHARAKAN ALLAH” (Protected by Allah). Between each star point is a crescent and star motif, symbolising the Malaysian flag. The medal is attached to a ring that connects to a ribbon with a blue background, flanked by yellow stripes, and a central white-red-white stripe.

The Order of the Defender of the Realm (Darjah Yang Mulia Pangkuan Negara) was established in AD 1958 to honour individuals who have made significant contributions to the nation. Its motto, “By the Grace of God, Guardian of the Kingdom,” reflects its purpose. The Order is divided into six classes, each recognising different levels of merit.

這是一枚馬來西亞的迷你版「成員級護國有功勳章」，材質為銀鍍金。獎章形制為白色琺瑯的十一芒星，正中央是一頂象徵王室的王冠，並且以爪夷文「DIPELIHARAKAN ALLAH」(受真主庇護) 作為細節裝飾。每一道星芒之間以馬來西亞國旗的星月徽作為裝飾。勳章本體以一個圓環銜接綬帶，綬帶為藍色底色，兩側有黃色條紋，中央以白-紅-白條紋裝飾。

護國有功勳章 (Darjah Yang Mulia Pangkuan Negara)創立於公元1958年，頒發給對於國家有貢獻的人，格言為「承蒙王國守護真主之恩」，總共分為六個等級。
